Payment: All orders will be invoiced at the time of shipment. Standard payment terms are 1% cash discount 10 days, net 30 days from date of invoice on approved credit. Overdue balances will be subject to a 1.5% per month service charge. 

 

Pricing: All bid and/or special pricing must be acknowledged at the time the order is placed. Waverly reserves the right to change pricing at any time due to the increases in the cost of raw materials, manufacturing or other costs by providing written notice to the buyer. Buyer's failure to object in writing to such change within five working days shall constitute acceptance. If buyer objects to the change in price, Waverly may continue to supply buyer at the current price, or terminate the agreement in full or part by written notice to the buyer within 5 working days. Invoiced prices do not include any Federal or State Sales Tax applicable to product furnished, and Waverly will not be responsible for payment of any such taxes. 

 

Returns: Credit for returns must be obtained by contacting Waverly's customer service department for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Any shipments returned without such authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in good condition and will be subject to inspection prior to acceptance. All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee and applicable freight charges. No stock merchandise will be accepted for return after 120 days from the date of invoice. No control labeled product can be returned for credit. 

 

Freight/Back Order Policies: There is a 4 pallet "mixed" minimum order for prepaid freight, otherwise freight will be billed. Items must be ordered in multiples of 8. Merchandise damaged in transit and delivery shortages must be noted on the freight bill and a claim established at the time of delivery. Back orders of fewer than 25 cases will be added to the buyer's next order. 

 

Custom Orders: Any order revisions made by buyer that causes Waverly to incur extra production costs will be charged back to buyer. If the buyer cancels an order after the production process has begun, the buyer will be responsible for all inventory and costs incurred on that order. Waverly Plastics has a 10% over/under allowance for all custom orders. Orders requiring exact quantities must be specified on the purchase order. Custom orders are non-returnable with the exception of product defect. 

 

Manufacturing Tolerances: The guaranteed poly weight per case for all Waverly Plastics products is +/-5% of the stated weight and gauge. The guaranteed dimension for all Waverly products is +/-1/2" for each stated dimension. 

 

Limitation of Liability: Any liability for consequential and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed. Waverly Plastics liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid 

 

Lead Times: Stock items in inventory will be shipped within seven (7) working days from date of order.
